Easy going classes incorporate pranayama (breathing practices) strength, balance, and flexibility with simple transitions between asanas (poses). Leave feeling stretched out and challenged with plenty of clarity and energy to go about your business.
We can help you modify poses if something isn’t working right. Pregnant students should consult their physician, midwife, doula, or other helping professional before any exercise routine.
