Dynamic and Awakening
In this class we will explore postures that focus on the primary muscles that strengthen and stabilize the “core” of your body such as the abdomen, back, glutes, hamstrings and hip flexors.
Our energizing classes incorporate pranayama (breathing practices) strength, balance, simple inversions, and arm balances while dynamically linking asanas (poses). This class is designed for you to feel physically challenged but still have energy for the rest of your day.
We can help you modify poses if something isn’t working right. This class is accessible to most beginners but will be challenging as well. If you’re new to yoga give it a try, we’ll take good care of you! Pregnant students should consult their physician, midwife, doula, or other helping professional before practicing yoga or beginning any exercise routine.
This system should allow you to register for the class. However, payment cannot be completed through our registration system for Peggy's classes. As an independent contractor, you will pay her directly.
