Powerful and Strengthening
Luke's high energy classes are designed for those who like to flow for nearly the entire class. This class incorporates more complicated transitions, deeper stretching, longer holds, arm balances, and inversions. If you like a more vigorous vinyasa flow this class is for you.
He can help you modify poses if something isn’t working right. This class is not ideal for those students brand new to yoga. Pregnant students should consult their physician, midwife, doula, or other helping professional before practicing yoga in a heated environment. There are conflicting studies and opinions regarding pregnancy and warm/hot yoga. Below are two studies to consider.
At Harmony Yoga TR all our teachers are independent contractors meaning you pay them directly and they rent the space, Luke's pricing is below:
Single drop-in paid at studio: $20

Unlimited classes for the entire month: $89 (click here to purchase)
Terms for Purchase of a $15 single drop in for Luke's Classes
- Class-Specific Ticket: This pass is valid only for the specific class taught by Luke at Harmony Yoga for which it was purchased. It cannot be used for any other instructor's classes.
- Non-Transferable: Tickets cannot be exchanged for other classes, dates, instructors, or participants. The ticket is valid exclusively for Luke's clases.
- Cancellations by Studio:
- If Luke’s class is canceled by the studio, the purchaser has the option to receive a full refund or carry the ticket over to another of Luke’s future classes (subject to availability).
- If carrying over the ticket, the purchaser must notify the studio within 48 hours of the canceled class to reschedule.
- No Refunds for Missed Classes: If the purchaser is unable to attend Luke’s class for any reason, no refunds or carryovers will be provided unless the class is canceled by the studio.
- Independent Contractor Notice: All teachers at Harmony Yoga, including Luke, are independent contractors. This ticket is only applicable to Luke’s classes and cannot be applied to any other instructor’s sessions.
- Booking Confirmation: Once purchased, the ticket serves as a confirmation of your spot in Luke’s class for the selected date and time.
