Dynamic and Awakening

Our energizing classes incorporate pranayama (breathing practices) strength, balance, simple inversions, and arm balances while dynamically linking asanas (poses). This class is designed for you to feel physically challenged but still have energy for the rest of your day.

We can help you modify poses if something isn’t working right. This class is accessible to most beginners but will be challenging as well. If you’re new to yoga give it a try, we’ll take good care of you! Pregnant students should consult their physician, midwife, doula, or other helping professional before practicing yoga in a heated environment. There are conflicting studies and opinions regarding pregnancy and warm/hot yoga. Below are two studies to consider.
